If its your first time using this version of PRC please make sure that all needed files are in same folder where PRC is located. In first use of this version, PRC will copy and register all files to your system32 folder. Just follow the instruction in startup window that will appear.
After copying and registration,PRC will continue to run the program. The next time you run it will directly open the program.
