People: Video shows Miley Cyrus smoking a bong

Seems like Miley Cyrus is taking this stuff to heart.In a massively circulated video posted first on website TMZ on Friday, the singer and actress is seen smoking from a bong and -- shockingly enough -- saying silly stuff and giggling a lot.Reports say the video was shot (at point blank range) at a party in Los Angeles hosted by Cyrus in late November, just days after she turned 18. The substance she's seen smoking, TMZ and E! Online reported, is salvia, aka an herb that is legal but known for causing intoxicating, sometimes hallucinatory, reactions.At one point in the video, Cyrus laughingly reports she is having a and remarks that a guy in the room looks a lot like her off-and-on boyfriend Liam Hemsworth (even though others in the room tell her there is no resemblance). she says, before submitting to peals of laughter.The video is the latest in a series of incidents in which Cyrus has shredded her onetime wholesome image in favor of something approaching a normal American teenager.
